This has to be the best book ever!!! Fast and fantastic is exactly what the muffins are! I've bought numerous copies of this book over the years for family and friends and no kitchen should be without a copy!! A must!!

The most used cookbook I own!

Never have I used a cookbook so much. I actually have the earlier version with fewer recipes. I have made all of them that I could find the ingredients for. Interestingly enough, I can relate to Mrs Riemer's dilemma. She moved to the UK from Canada and had to redevelop some of her recipes. I was in a similar boat, I went from the States to the UK. She discusses the differences and gives options so this is useful in either country. Now I have taken this to Brazil with me and have returned to the US measurements.
A few months after I bought this book, my family were inundated with muffins. The recipes turned out great EVERY TIME. This of course boosted my confidence and I made more muffins. At one point, my son said, "Mom can we have something other than muffins?".
I can wholeheartedly recommend this book and have given it 5 stars.
Wouldn't this make a great gift with HIC Brands that Cook Essentials Silicone 12-Cup Muffin Pan?
I always love to give presents that are thoughtful and things I know will be used.

Gem of a book a complete bible on muffins

Bought this years ago & used it when my children were toddlers to add variety to our breakfasts & after school snacks. My kids are now teenagers & happily still recreate their favourites by themselves as the recipes are so easy & consistent. The whole family is now happy to experiment confidently based on this bible. It was the first American cookbook I'd ever used & I had to buy measuring cups to go with it. I've now emigrated & having mislaid my copy in storage in the UK I've just ordered another as despite all my research nothing has come on the market to replace this fabulous little book.
